Can't believe I did it. Running log: Day 7 of 31

With a terrible stomach ache, two hurt legs, and sore abs i got up an ran 3 miles. Running doee funny things this day was not a loss because i got out and ran.

Running log: day 6 of 31

Ran at least 3.6, no pain easy going it was fun.

Ran 3 miles, really bad pain in left lower leg.

I ran 3 miles in 89 degree heat. I had periods of knee pain in both knees.
